此声明不使用于所有的地震（即使当事件数据包含在本应用程序中）及其推迟。不能保证通知将会准确发送。此外，您的设备可能无法随时收到推送通知。

地理位置

使用应用程序时，该应用程序将会把您的大略地点发送至后端服务器去（包括地点离开设备前±500米的随机错误）。 这些地点数据是用来提供您与您有所关联的资讯（举例来说：当我们触觉到与您距离不远的地点发生地震事件时等等）。我们绝不会向任何人分享您的地点数据。

本使用条款以及与其相关或与应用程序使用相关的任何争议均受意大利法律管辖。 任何法律争议应提交至意大利博洛尼亚法院的专属管辖。 本条款在适用法律允许的最大范围内适用。

用户提交报告的相关数据和通知

App用户可以自愿提交他们亲身经历的地震活动报告。这些报告的汇总数据会在我们的服务器上处理，以便为其他用户提供关于潜在地震事件及其可能影响区域的更快信息。用户提交的报告包含500米分辨率的近似位置，具体的精确位置不会被收集或分享。

请注意，这些信息仅基于用户的主观报告，未通过地震仪器或任何独立机构验证。因此，这些报告可能不准确、不完整，甚至完全错误。App不保证所提供的任何信息的准确性、可靠性或完整性，包括用户提交的报告。我们建议用户依赖官方地震数据源，获取经过验证且科学准确的信息。

用户可以选择接收基于这些报告的通知。此外，他们可以随时通过调整App设置中的显示偏好，禁用地震列表中的用户提交报告的显示。

"Felt Map" Overlay（自动创建）

观察应用程序在地震发生后180秒将会自动生成"Felt Map"。

W地震发生时，大量用户将会赶着使用此应用程序而导致附近地点获得高量交通：用户把地点加大至距离他们确实地点500米范围以外，我们的服务器将会生成一个区域热图来代表用户们感受到地震发生的范围。

使用应用程序时，该应用程序将会把您的大略地点发送至后端服务器去（包括地点离开设备前±500米的随机错误）。 热图将不会透露用户身份，而用户的匿名身份将绝不会被破坏。

地点数据将绝不会与他人分享或用于其他目的。
